Validation

BHI has conducted and accumulated extensive research to ensure our assessments are appropriate and effective for organizations to manage talent. In addition to this, BHI engages in custom validation studies with organizations in order to ensure its assessments are driving specific business results while also building additional support for legally defensibility.

We take a high definition approach to validating our assessments, by first and foremost identifying what truly drives performance for the organization instead of just relying on what gets measured. Then, BHI gathers individual performance data on those key factors and correlates this with the assessment results. We work with the organization to ensure the data we collect are an accurate depiction of individual performance and are not unduly influenced by external factors that may bias the results. After a close analysis of the data following professional standards and the Uniform Guidelines for Employee Selection Procedures (1978), BHI provides evidence of the effectiveness of our assessments and investigates how they could be improved to bring a greater return on investment for the organization.

Hiring Review

A hiring review can be a single snapshot of your hiring trends or can be an ongoing process that you utilize to ensure your hiring leaders and recruiters are consistently getting the most out of BHI's assessments. BHI gathers assessment data and the organization provides hiring and termination information for BHI to analyze. Custom hiring reviews can include analyzing additional information such as reviewing hiring practices by region, by recruiting sources, or by position. BHI creates a report representing the findings and consults with the client's recruiting team and hiring leaders to ensure it is optimizing the effectiveness of BHI's assessments.



Organizational Surveys

Every company has its unique circumstances and challenges when it comes to organizational issues. Where does a particular company stand? What are the dynamic talent issues that produce the best performance? Are there pitfalls the company could avoid; strengths it could leverage?
