Lori Bierman, M.A.
Vice President,Talent Solutions
Lori Bierman joined BHI as a consultant in 1997 and was named the Vice President of Talent Solutions in 2009. She is an experienced consultant specializing in selection and development at the hourly and management level. She works with clients to develop integrated systems, including competency models, custom assessments, structured interviews and performance evaluations to identify, develop and keep top talent. She has additional experience in recruiting, counseling, and developmental feedback and coaching for managers. Lori received both her B.A. and M.A. in psychology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. She is an active member of the Women's Foodservice Forum (WFF) and currently serves as the Steering Committee Chair overseeing four committees responsible for designing and delivering developmental programs for Emerging Leaders.
