Bret Henley, M.Ed.

Vice President, Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Bret Henley is responsible for establishing business relationships with new prospects as well as working with existing clients to identify new services and solution opportunities. His focus is to match BHI products with client needs to drive their business growth.

With more than 15 years experience, Bret is a cross-functional professional who has successfully led sales and marketing efforts in multiple industries. He has worked with many Fortune 500 companies, including Lucent Technology, Samsung, AT&T, CenturyTel, JCPenney, Pizza Hut, Wyndham Hotels, Corporate Express, and United Way. His experience includes serving as Director of Training for a human resources consulting firm, where he led seminars on diversity, team building, sexual harassment, customer service, executive intervention, coaching, and employee assessment.

Bret has a Masters in Counseling Education from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Dallas.
