While all BHI Talent Reviews are customized, they typically involve the following components:

• Personality and work style assessment, comparing the individual to successful peers either at the same company, or in the same position across companies
• Learning ability and intellectual resources assessment
• Snapshot report of each participant
• Summary reports clearly identifying overall ability and potential for growth for each individual
• Consultations to determine how to best utilize the results, how to combine it with other knowledge of the individual, and how to approach personnel decision making
