Case Study: Selecting Sales-Oriented Managers via QuickSelect™Client ChallengeSelecting sales-oriented fast casual restaurant managers using QuickSelect™. SolutionQuickSelect™ was administered to a random sample of General Managers in a national, multi-unit, fast-casual restaurant company. Managers were grouped into high and low categories based on actual store sales. ResultsQuickSelect™ was found to be predictive of sales performance in that it accurately identified 90% of high performing General Managers based on an Overall QuickSelect™ rating of Good or Excellent. Thus, utilizing QuickSelect™ as a tool for hiring fast-casual managers can positively impact restaurant sales. |
