Conference with the Consultant

A well organized, effectively facilitated meeting that includes the executive, the executive's manager, and the executive's consultant can be an incredibly powerful developmental experience in its own right.

People naturally tend to hide or minimize perceived weaknesses. While this approach may seem to be effective at building leadership credibility for the executive, it does not facilitate real growth.
