Developmental Executive AssessmentThe Developmental Executive Assessment is intended for internal executives who are being considered for promotion or professional development. This intensive assessment process focuses on reinforcing the skills needed to perform effectively in key leadership positions. During the assessment process, critical performance areas and behaviors that may inhibit optimal performance are identified, and personalized feedback highlighting these developmental areas is provided to the executive. This assessment offers a content-rich overview of the executive's strengths and developmental needs based upon the context of their role and scope of impact in the organization. Additionally, as part of this assessment, the executive receives a developmental workbook that focuses on both their strengths and their key developmental areas. The intimate and comprehensive nature of this assessment requires the personal attention of the BHI Executive Consultant. As a result, most assessments are conducted at the BHI office in Plano, Texas. For an additional fee, however, a consultant is available to conduct the assessment at other locations, which may be particularly efficient when multiple developmental assessments are requested.
