![]() Executive AssessmentThe Executive Assessment is intended for the selection of key leadership positions such as vice presidents, division presidents, directors, managers, and key individual contributors. Many companies select this assessment anytime the cost of a selection mistake is significant. Designed to fully understand an individual's potential match to a defined role, this particular assessment provides a content-rich overview of the candidate's strengths and developmental needs. This overview report, written by a seasoned executive consultant, highlights the resulting strengths, weaknesses, and potential for success the candidate will likely exhibit in the role. The comprehensive nature of this assessment requires the personal attention of the BHI Executive Consultant. As a result, most assessments are conducted at the BHI office in Plano, Texas. For an additional fee, however, a consultant is available to conduct the assessment at other locations, which may be particularly efficient when multiple assessments are requested.
