The Executive Assessment for Senior Executives is ideal for external, high-level executives with enterprise-wide responsibilities. This particular assessment is designed to provide you with the most comprehensive information possible, while simultaneously providing the candidate with a powerful developmental experience. Clarifying the executive's personal leadership strengths and opportunities during the feedback session provides them with powerful insights regardless of the selection decision that is ultimately made.

The comprehensive nature of this assessment requires the personal attention of the BHI Executive Consultant. As a result, most assessments are conducted at the BHI office in Plano, Texas. For an additional fee, however, a consultant is available to conduct the assessment at other locations, which may be particularly efficient when multiple assessments are requested.
