Preparing for Your Executive Assessment at BHI
The Assessment Experience
Whether you are local or traveling from afar, we recognize that coming to the BHI office in Plano, Texas for an assessment may be an unfamiliar, anxiety-provoking experience.
We orchestrate the assessment process to provide exceptional executive-level attention and support, and we are committed to making this process as comfortable and seamless for you as possible.
The Assessment Process

You will receive an e-mail from us that provides the following:
- An introduction to BHI
- A link to our online assessment website to be completed before your visit to BHI (approximately one hour in duration)
- A short, written assessment that you will need to complete prior to your visit to BHI
- A map to our office
- A list of hotels in close proximity to our office (be sure to ask for the Batrus Hollweg rate)
- You will receive several paper personality tests via mail to be completed prior to your visit to BHI

You should plan on approximately four hours for your visit to BHI, during which time you will engage in the following activities:
- Written assessments
- Oral assessments
- A one-on-one executive assessment interview with a consultant

Office amenities provided to you during your BHI assessment experience:
- If the assessment spans through the lunch hour, you will be offered meal options from one of our local restaurants
- Use of telephone and e-mail access upon request
After the Assessment
A written report, prepared by your consultant, that outlines key strengths and developmental opportunities will be sent to the company for which you are an employee or for which you are being considered for a position.
You will not receive a copy of this report.
