Frequently Asked Questions about Executive AssessmentsWill I receive a copy of the report that the company receives?No, only the company that has requested the assessment will receive a report, and it is their prerogative whether or not to share your assessment results with you. If you have been scheduled for a developmental executive assessment, however, you will receive a developmental workbook that outlines your strengths and developmental areas identified during the assessment. If I apply for a job at another company, can they use these testing results?No, your testing results remain the property of the company who paid for your assessment; thus, other companies will not have access to these results. How secure is the assessment data and with whom is this assessment information shared?All assessment results are stored under lock and key in a secure file room at the BHI office. Your assessment results are shared only with the company who requested your assessment. What do the tests in the assessment show?The battery of tests that comprise the executive assessment evaluate your reasoning skills, as well as describe your personality, work, and leadership styles. The results of these tests, coupled with the information gathered during your interview, are then assimilated to better understand your potential match to a specific role.
