As an experienced consultant with a focus on research and development, Shrayashi Jariwala Browne consults with clients in the design and implementation of selection and development systems for all levels of the organization. She partners with clients to apply innovative solutions and best practices that provide a competitive edge and support organizational strategy.

Shrayashi joined BHI's research team in 1998 and has worked with a wide variety of organizations. Her industry experience includes hospitality, retail, manufacturing, transportation, health care, and technology, as well as work with non-profit organizations and educational institutions.
