Kevin Impelman contributes to the research and assessment team by providing his expertise in the development and validation of assessment tools and competency models. In addition to assisting clients in the design and implementation of selection and development systems, Kevin provides current trends and best practices to clients, improving their competitive advantage and human capital strategy.

He received his Ph.D. and M.S. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of North Texas and his B.A. in psychology from Southern Methodist University. Kevin is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the American Psychological Association (APA).
