Jill Vershum, M.Ed.

Executive Consultant

Jill Vershum is a member of Batrus Hollweg International’s Strategic Solutions team. She serves as a consulting partner with companies to assess and develop executives, leaders, teams, business units and organizations. Jill is strong in holistic and systems thinking. She works in partnership with clients to develop integrated human resources solutions that are designed to increase the performance of individuals and teams to drive business results.

Jill joined BHI in 2008 with more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, organization assessment, and executive and leadership development. She served as an executive at Presbyterian Healthcare System in Dallas, TX, and as a vice president at Right Management Consultants. Her leadership and consulting experiences span multiple industries, including healthcare, aeronautical engineering, manufacturing, restaurants, retail, transportation and insurance. Her expertise makes her uniquely suited to partner with clients in planning and executing their human talent strategies, investments, and return on investments.

Jill holds a bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University, Ohio, along with a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of Toledo, Ohio. During her career she has had professional affiliations with the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources, American Society of Training and Development, American College of Healthcare Executives, and Society for the Arts in Healthcare. She served as an Advisory Board Member for the former Institute of Spine and Biomedical Research and a Mentor for Dallas/Ft. Worth Menttium 100.
