Batrus Hollweg International Announces New President/COO

DALLAS, TX (Feb. 21, 2003) – Batrus Hollweg International, a leading human resource consulting firm for the foodservice industry, has promoted Linda Pharr to president and chief operating officer. Ms. Pharr will lead the consulting teams responsible for client relationships, manage day-to-day operations and oversee financial performance of the firm.

Joining the consulting firm in 1978 after earning her masters degree, she worked in a variety of different positions, assuming more responsibility for client services and management with each promotion. She became vice president of the restaurant consulting group in 1990 and was promoted to senior vice president in 1997.
