Because the HD 360 is behavior-based—in all, we measure 72 distinct behaviors that indicate performance and potential within an organization—we are able to build each leader’s development plan around changing the specific behaviors with potential for derailing job performance.

Each HD report includes a graphic presentation of the leader’s performance in all six dimensions, followed by a breakdown of results for each of the 23 associated competencies.

To help the leader better understand his strengths, as well as his weaknesses, the report highlights the behaviors that receive the highest and lowest ratings. This forms the basis of a behavior-based action plan—one that focuses as much on enhancing natural talents as it does on transforming weaknesses. A primary goal of our development plan is identifying new ways in which the leader’s strengths can contribute to the success of the business.
